Age Limit

No Age Limit for appearing in JEE Main 2026.
Candidates who passed 12th in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 2026 can apply.
For appearing in the JEE (Main) 2026, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12 / equivalent examination in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 2026 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE (Main) 2026 Examination.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed / appearing in Class 12 / equivalent in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
Only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2024, 2025; or those who are appearing in Class 12/ equivalent examination in 2025, are eligible to appear in JEE (Main) 2026
Aadhaar card compulsory for registration.

How to Apply NTA JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Online Form

Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Click on the "JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Registration" or "Apply Online" link (available from February 1, 2026 onwards).
Complete new candidate registration by entering basic details like name, email, mobile number, and create a password to generate your Application Number.
Log in using your Application Number and password, then fill in the online application form with personal, academic, exam city preferences, and other required details.
Upload scanned documents: recent photograph (live capture or upload), signature, Class 10 certificate, and category certificate (if applicable) in the specified format and size.
Pay the application fee online through debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, or other available modes.
Submit the form, download the confirmation page, and take a printout for future reference.
