Educational Qualification

MPESB MP Police Constable Driver 2026: Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

  • Pay Scale: ₹19,500 to ₹62,000 per month. The initial basic pay is ₹19,500. Additionally, constables receive various allowances, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits, which can bring the gross monthly salary to a range of ₹26,000 to ₹30,000.
  • Selection Process:  Selection on the Basis of Written, PET, Driving Test (Trade Test), DV & Medical Exam.
