Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Must have completed education through a regular stream: SSLC / SSC (10th), HSC (12th), and Graduation (10+2+3 pattern) under regular study.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)

  • Maximum Age: 28 years. (born on or after 01.10.1998).

Term of appointment

  • On contract, initially for a period of 3 years, renewable at the sole discretion of the Bank, based on performance evaluation.

SIB Junior Officer 2026: Document Required to Upload 

  • A recent photograph taken in studio should be used.
  • Make sure that the picture is taken in a white background.
  • Casual photographs wearing caps/hats/dark glasses will not be accepted.
  • Resolution: 140 pixels (height) x 110 pixels (width).
  • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb.

Guidelines for uploading Signature:

  • The applicant should sign on a white paper with black ink pen and upload the same
  • Resolution: 110 pixels (height) x 140 pixels (width)
  • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb.

Guidelines for uploading Resume:

Pay Scale & Mode of Selection

  • Pay Scale: Total CTC will be Rs.5.14 lakhs per annum (inclusive of NPS contribution, Insurance Premium
    and Variable Pay based on performance.) + Other Benefits
