Physical Measurement Standards (PMT)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Regional Youth Welfare Officer

Male Candidates: Includes 200m Sprint, Long Jump, High Jump, and Shot Put. Candidates must score a minimum of 45 aggregate marks across all events to qualify.

Female Candidates: Includes 200m Sprint, Long Jump, Cricket Ball Throw, and Rope Skipping. Candidates must score a minimum of 45 aggregate marks across all events to qualify.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Exercise Trainer (Vyayam Prashikshak)

Male Candidates:

Indian Gymnastics (Malkhamb, Asana, Mugdar): Minimum 50 marks required.

Gymnastics (Parallel Bar, Horizontal Bar, Vaulting Horse, Pommel Horse, Floor Exercise): Minimum 75 marks required.
